Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories, APO/FPO/DPO and PO boxes are excluded.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch takes 3–4 business days. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date.
How is the cutoff applied?
7 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, Monday–Friday. Before cutoff, processing starts that business day. At or after cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays, processing starts the next business day.
Which size should I choose?
Measure around your head where the band will sit. S/M is intended for 52–56 cm; M/L for 56–60 cm. The front is approximately 7 cm wide. Fit depends on your preferences.
How do I care for embroidery?
Hand wash gently in cold water without rubbing the embroidery. Follow the material-specific care instructions on each product page.
Can I return a headband?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days after receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition and packaging. Defects, damage and wrong items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover company errors, damage and defects. You cover change-of-mind return shipping to our address in France. There is no restocking fee.
When are refunds issued?
Approved refunds return automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
How is payment confirmed?
Payment status is determined through the payment service used for your purchase. Contact us with questions about a payment or order.
